Complaints and Grievances Procedure

Point Lonsdale SLSC, Life Saving Victoria and Surf Life Saving Australia are dedicated to to ensuring all members are feel comfortable to raise their voice when there is an issue.

In April 2019, the Club unanimously voted to include the SLSA Complaints Policy as part of our constitution.

If you have a Complaint with another member (whether at our Club or in surf life saving generally), please follow the procedure found in the SLSA Online Flowchart.

If this is an emergency or a crime has taken place, call the Police 000 prior to lodging through the SLSA Reporting System
